Coverage Area
We currently deliver exclusively to addresses within the United Kingdom.
Shipping Costs & Timelines
Shipping Cost: Free Shipping on all orders.
Order Handling/Processing Time: 1 – 2 business days (Monday to Saturday). Orders placed on Sunday will be processed the following business day.
Transit Time: 3 – 5 business days (Monday to Saturday).
Total Estimated Delivery Time: 4 – 7 business days.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking link and number to monitor your package in real-time.
Address Changes
If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order at support@verista.shop. Once an order has been dispatched, we cannot modify the delivery address.
Damaged or Missing Packages
If your item arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, please inspect the package upon arrival and contact us immediately at support@verista.shop with photos of the damaged item and packaging.
